Munka offers free returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, all online and in-store purchases must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product being returned or exchanged for change of mind must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused, unmarked and unwashed
- In the original packaging
- Not defective as a result of misuse
- Tags still attached
Orders processed before 12pm AEST on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. There may be a slight delay during sale periods due to high volumes.

Great quality
The grip and comfort of these shoes are great, I work in a bar and haven’t felt any slippage in these. After 3 months of wear the top layer upper on the toes has started to crack and is now tearing easily from the seems leaving a not so shiny non water resistant material underneath. Disappointing I will need to find a replacement soon as they won’t look acceptable.
