The outsole treads are designed to enable the maximum amount of material to grip the floor as well as in patterns allowing grease and oils to channel away.
Softer soles and more tightly spaced treads are better suited to slip hazards likely to be found in indoor environments (our jogger and sneaker styles). More widely spaced treads are generally better for handling slip hazards more likely found in outdoor areas (our boot styles).
